It worked great and did exactly what i needed it to do. **HOWEVER** It doesn't appear that anyone looks at their t ech support email account.I purchased and installed the software in January. The program is great and works as advertised.

The support representative Natalie provided me with new license code for re-activation and this was done for free, no additional dues I had to pay. In addition I'd like to praise the fantastic speed of conversions in Media Buddy thanks to batch mode. I also like that Media Buddy supports a multitude of different formats, so be sure that with this app you'll have your output converted to the format you require. If you need your files to be converted to iPod format you just choose iPod device profile and then go ahead with conversions. Very easy to use thanks to a clear interface that is divided by device profiles.
